Hello

My name is Matelynn Brueggen, and I am 11 years old and from Westby, Wisconsin. I am going into 6th grade at Westby Middle School. My parents are Gary and Bre Brueggen, and I have two brothers, Mason age 15, and Maverick age 8. We have two dogs named Mitzy and Clayton.

You might recognize my dad from his band, Gary's Ridgeland Dutchmen, now known as The Brueggen Family Band. My dad plays concertina, my mom plays piano, Mason plays
drums, and I sing part-time. I also enjoy playing piano, starting alto saxophone with the Westby Middle School Band, singing, dancing, Volleyball, cooking and baking with my dad and mom.

As Junior Fall Fest Princess, I’ve chosen to create a platform of “Making Waves of Community connection.” I wanted to splash into the idea of building community
connections through fundraising efforts.

My Event Project

I have put together my first fundraising event called, “Making Waves of Connection: A Splash Pad for All!” on Saturday, October 18th at the Cashton Community Hall. The event will be Halloween-themed and includes food, refreshments, raffles, live music, and plenty of fun for families.

We are currently seeking sponsors and donations. You can support us through either a monetary contribution or donated raffle items. Our sponsorship levels are:

GOLD ($500+) – Includes your business name on all advertising flyers, mentions during TV and radio interviews, and

placement on the event banner.

SILVER ($400) – Includes your business name on advertising flyers and the event banner.
BRONZE ($300) – Includes your business name on the event banner.
You may also choose to support our funding efforts by donating a gift basket for raffle.
